MAWIBA is a dance concept for mothers and their babies, a wonderful way to get active again after giving birth. While the mothers dance to choreographies that strengthen the pelvic floor and improve their posture and fitness, the babies snuggle up to them in a sling or baby carrier.

Developed together with an experienced team of experts , MAWIBA offers special choreographies to strengthen the pelvic floor and improve posture.

MAWIBA dance courses are not sweaty mom-baby fitness sessions, but are about gently getting the body fit again after birth and primarily strengthening the pelvic floor.
Of course, there is also plenty of fun to be had. No previous knowledge is necessary to take part in our dance training, participants just need to enjoy dance and movement.
In every MAWIBA lesson, a new choreography is learned.
In addition to dancing, there is of course enough time to meet other moms, exchange ideas and have a good time together.
Of course, you can breastfeed, change diapers or give a bottle at any time.

During their training, MAWIBA trainers receive basic knowledge about babywearing so that each trainer can ensure that the baby is carried correctly in the carriers and slings while dancing. However, this is no substitute for babywearing advice, so each MAWIBA trainer works closely with babywearing advisors in their area.
